Our steel rolling service forms sheet and plate into controlled curves for fabricated components such as cylinders, sleeves, curved panels and other rolled sections. Jobs are assessed according to material, thickness, width and required diameter.
Rolling to a required diameter or radius
Provide the material, thickness, width, developed length and target inside or outside diameter where applicable. We can review the geometry before production and advise whether the part suits our equipment.
Useful for fabricated assemblies
Rolled parts can form the body of tanks, covers, guards, ducting, housings and other fabricated assemblies where a consistent curve is required.
Combine rolling with other processes
Sheet can be laser cut before rolling and the formed components can continue into welding or finishing, giving you a more complete in-house fabrication route.
